ECOCITY WORLD SUMMIT VALUES

Ecocity considers these values to be general guidelines that inform and support the way in which an organization should set about fulfilling its mission. In their turn, principles may be just one element in a structured set of ideas that collectively define and guide the organization, from values through to actions and results. Support through Visibility

All speaking sessions are subject to the Ecocity 2021 Programme Committee approval for content, structure, and scheduling. Announcement or promotional presence during these activities can be discussed and open to suggestions from supporters.

  • Opportunity to have a Sponsored Speech. The topic and speaker(s) must be approved by the Ecocity 2021 Programme Committee, up to 45 minutes.
  • Permission to use the phrase “Official Sponsored Speech of the Ecocity World Summit 2021”.
  • ​Sponsored Speech will be included in a designated Promotional section of the Ecocity 2021 Programme.
  • Time allocation will be allocated as per Ecocity 2021 Programme committee’s discretion based on supporter preference.
  • Promoted Sponsored Speech will be clearly indicated in the meeting timetable/Programme as: “Sponsored Speech” not included in the curated Summit offering”​.
  • Support will be acknowledged in the Partner Support and Exhibition section, on the event website and mobile application.

NOTE: The supporting entity in addition to the support fee must cover the registration fee of the speakers. This also applies in the case where the speakers have already been invited by the Ecocity 2021.

  • All daily Ecocity 2021 programme offerings will be categorized based on their themes/tracks.  There is opportunity to underwrite one, several or all Ecocity World Summit 2021 days.
  • Supporter(s) are recognized on the login page of the Virtual Platform with Logo, in the E-Programme book and recognition in all Ecocity World Summit 2021 marketing materials
  • Supporter will receive 1 push notifications on both the Virtual Platform and in the Ecocity 2021 Mobile app.
  • Reach your target audience directly by supporting a concurrent session specific to your company’s field of expertise. Sessions are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Sponsor(s) are able to brand the Virtual Waiting room of their concurrent session before it starts with company’s logo, share a text, or a video.
  • Inclusion on Ecocity 2021 Summit Webpage as a sponsor

  • Opportunity to host an afternoon workshop as part of the Ecocity World Summit 2021 Side Event programme.
  • This support opportunity is subject to Ecocity 2021 Programme Commitee approval for content and structure.
  • Scheduling will be discussed in cooperation with the Meeting Organizer.

Meet with attendees and key decision makers to share your new research outcomes, discuss and conduct product demonstrations of your new products and services. Product Theatre sessions are 30 minutes in length and will be held in a designated area in the (virtual) exhibition hall.

Located in the (virtual) Exhibition hall, Product Theatre provides an opportunity to:

  • host in-exhibition open auditorium interactive session. Speakers and topics can be decided, in collaboration with the Organizers closer to the event.
  • Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section, on the Ecocity 2021 website and mobile app.

Multi Hubs

Missing the face to face interaction? MultiHub is a service that connects groups of participants in different cities or countries in a high-tech and dynamic way, allowing face to face interaction in a limited environment. With the MultiHub technology you can increase the number of participants and have more impact.
Connect and network by having the opportunity to:

Share viewing space
Have 1:1 meetings with hub and live virtual attendees
Have live and direct contact with national participants

  • The MultiHub service includes:
  • Logo of Local supporter on Summit website
  • Logo in Hub announcements of Ecocity Summit
  • IT technician onsite – including travel (within Europe) and hotel accommodation for one day event.
  • All pre-event preparation calls
  • Set-up and testing of locations
  • Equipment, including basic recording and editing
  • Registration of 30 pax included – all content of virtual platform can be accessed by invited pax during congress and 3 months after.
  • Acknowledgement as Multi Hub supporter within Virtual Platform and Summit Website.

E-Posters create unique networking and engagement opportunities, generate participants’ interest and are good exposure for authors in the virtual enviroment, as participants can interact with them via chat. E-poster support includes:

  • Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section, on the event website and mobile application

Support Through Community & Networking

  • Opportunity to hire a virtual room that may be used to host and entertain guests throughout the Conference.
  • Technical support will/can be provided.
  • One “push notification” sent to all participants, both onsite/online through the mobile app, to be coordinated with Meeting Organizer. Specifications will be provided by the meeting organizers.
  • *Only for those participants who have opted to receive such information.
  • One announcement or notification, posted on all Summit Social Media Platforms, to be coordinated with Meeting Organizer.
  • Specifications will be provided by the meeting organizers.
  • One promotional Tweet designed for the online distribution of educational content on Twitter.
  • One “push notification” sent to all online participants through the virtual platform, to be coordinated with Meeting Organizer.
  • Specifications will be provided by the Meeting organizers.

The World Map is a unique atlas providing viewers with extra info/data on conference participants from around the globe. The map is an interactive experience for participants to connect based on their geographical origins, ideal for enhancing participant networking in the virtual environment.

  • Support will be recognized with World map signage within virtual Lobby including “Supported by…” and a company logo only.
  • Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section, on the event website and mobile application.

Support through E-Programme Book & Digital Advertising

  • The Abstract Book will be available to all registered participants in the virtual platform.
  • 1/2 page color advertisement in designated section of the Ecocity 2021 Abstract Book.
  • Acknowledgement and logo included on Ecocity World Summit 2021 website.
    Note: Product advertising is not permitted. All ads must be approved by the Ecocity 2021 Programme Commitee.
  • Full inside page color advertisement in designated section of the E-Book.
  • The E-Book will contain the timetable, information about the scientific programme and other useful information.​ It will be available to all registered participants in the virtual platform.
  • Gain additional exposure for your company, booth, supported workshop/fieldtrip by advertising it in a designated section of the Ecocity Mobile App.
  • The Ecocity Mobile App will be available for all participants who download the app.
  • Promotional material of the supporting company will be included in a designated area within the virtual platform.
  • Attendees will be able to download it and email it to their personal accounts.

​Gain additional exposure for your session, company or exhibition booth by sending out a Ecocity 2021 Mailshot to the pre-registered delegates who have agreed to receive promotional material, at a date and time coordinated with the Meeting Organizer.

  • Exclusive: Mail blast will be exclusive for the supporting company. The designed mail blast (html format with Kenes design requirements) and the preferred “Subject” to be provided by the Supporter and subject to receipt by 6 weeks prior to the Summit. ​”From” field will be Ecocity 2021.
  • Joint: Mail blast will be shared with other supporting companies. Supporting company should provide the content for the mail blast following Kenes design requirements. Design of mail blast will be done by Kenes/Organizer.

* In the case where the supporter cannot provide a compliant HTML file, they may provide an image and it will be coded to HTML for an additional charge of € 250.  Content received after the deadline may be processed for an additional fee of € 500.​

Promotional Speech & Support Disclosure – will be added to all mailshots
This event is supported, in part, by funding from industry. All support is managed in accordance with Ecocity World Summit Declaration.

Promotional session are organized by industry and not included in the curated Ecocity 2021 Programme.

​Gain additional exposure for your supported sessions, booth or company by sending out a Post-Summit Exclusive Mail Blast to registered delegates who have agreed to receive promotional material, at a date and time coordinated with the Meeting Organizer.

  • Mail blast will be exclusive for the supporting company. The designed mail blast (html format with Kenes design requirements) and the preferred “Subject” to be provided by the Supporter. ​”From” field will be Ecocity 2021.

Virtual Branding Opportunities

Branding the virtual waiting room before your concurrent session starts is a great opportunity to connect with attendees and create anticipation.

Games are a great way to capture attendees’ attention and make their experiences memorable.

  • Opportunity to have a virtual scavenger hunt or a passport competition using the Virtual Platform.
  • Supporting company will have the opportunity to brand the flags, zepplin, rotating signage or parking lot signage in the welcome page of the virtual Summit.
  • This page is the first page participants will see before each login to the platform, giving your company big exposure even before entering the virtual venue.
  • Supporting company will have their logo placed in once of the screens in the virtual lobby.
  • A great exposure, as participants can click on the logo and be directed to the company’s booth or a web page.
  • Supporting company will have the opportunity to add a video in one of the screens in the lobby of the Virtual Ecocity World Summit 2021.
